The Cantonese version of brunch, Yum Cha is honestly one of our favourite cuisines. And yes, that's a big call, but we're sticking to it. The Chinese tradition can be traced all the way back to 1850, during the period of the Xianfeng Emperor. Yum Cha encompasses a variety of steamed, pan-fried, and deep-fried dishes, including dim sums (obviously), prawn dumplings, spring rolls, pork buns, Singapore noodles, sticky rice, mango pancakes, custard tarts, and so many more. Basically, the best assortment of Asian dishes you can imagine, and what a way to start the day. Also, Yum Cha is a great option if you're ordering for a group, as dishes are small, plentiful, and designed to share.
